Providing HURRICANE RELIEF for HONDURAS
Hurricanes Eta & Iota are considered two of the strongest and deadliest natural disasters to have ravaged Honduras and neighboring Central American countries.
Countless people have lost their lives...and survivors of this tragedy have essentially lost everything.
Whether it's from the loss of loved ones, family homes, lifelong belongings, and places of employment, entire communities are still struggle to recover from the recent devastation of these violent hurricanes.
Imagine trying to regain some form of stability while grieving the loss of your mother, father, spouse and siblings.
Think of the challenges a now-homeless parent faces in trying to provide their surviving infant with food and pampers, with unreliable access to the former or the latter. Take a moment to consider the pain, trauma and hopelessness a victim endures as they desperately wait for aid -- that may never come.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we've all experienced drastic shifts in our "norms", but the survivors of Hurricanes Eta & Iota are now completely defenseless. So while we try to remain safe and well, why not assist others who have been displaced and left destitute during these already-challenging times?
